What You Need to Know Before Your Initial Consultation

Your Initial Naturopathic Consultation is a thorough information-gathering session designed to uncover the why behind what’s going on in your body.

⏰ Allow 75 minutes - we’ll dive deep, and I’ll be asking lots of questions to make sure nothing’s missed.

Before Your Appointment

SUPPLEMENTS:
Please have a list of all natural supplements you’re currently taking, including brands and doses. This helps us cross-check for overlaps or interactions.

MEDICATIONS:
If you’re taking any prescription medications, note down the names and dosages so we can ensure everything works safely together.

BLOOD TESTS & REPORTS:
If you’ve had any recent blood tests or medical investigations, please email the reports through before your appointment to:

PHOTOS & READINGS:
Because all consults are now online:

• If you have any visible skin conditions, take a clear photo in good lighting and send it through.

• If possible, check your blood pressure at a pharmacy and send through the reading.

• Take a close-up photo of your tongue (in natural light) and send that through as well.

If there’s anything else you think might be helpful or relevant, please include it when you email your info through.
